Ohio minimum wage automatically increased on January 1, 2015

Ohio's minimum wage automatically increased on January 1, 2015 to $8.10 per hour for non-tipped employees and to $4.05 per hour for tipped employees. The increased minimum wage will apply to employees of businesses with annual gross receipts of more than $297,000 per year.

The official public notice website has moved

Public notices can no longer be submitted via OBG Electronic Filing.

As a result of House Bill 483, 130th General Assembly (aka the Mid-Biennium Review), is no longer the official website for government entities posting abbreviated notices pursuant to ORC 7.16: Abbreviated Publication.

As of September 15, 2014 the Ohio Newspaper Association's public notice website is the official website for Ohio public notices.
